CONSTUCTION MANAGEMENT – Mr. Brown wide range of experience includes pre-construction, design/build, management, operations and development. He managed pre-construction services to final estimate, schedules, purchasing, and accounting. He has working various construction environments including but not limited to “Hard Bid”, “Negotiated Work” and “At Risk” projects. He has a exceptional understanding of working plans, specifications, subcontracts purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents
SITE DEVELOPMENT – Mr. Brown has been involved with over 70 site development projects in North Carolina for commercial projects, industrial/manufacturing facilities, low rise and high rise buildings, and municipal projects. Project experience includes permitting, demolition plans, grading plans, storm drainage, water and sewer systems, erosion and sediment control plans, traffic control plans, BMP’s, wetland detention, heavy duty and light duty paving
GENERAL SUBSURFACE EXPLORATION – Mr. Brown has been involved with over 10,000 linear feet of soil boring test for geotechnical investigations. Project types range from roadways to high rise buildings, from pre-cast concrete parking decks to highway bridge projects, and from cellular towers to earth dams. Investigation tools include Standard Penetration Tests and Cone Penetration Tests and a bevy of field and lab tests.
